Brummel Show at Pianos (NYC)
« on: July 28, 2005, 10:38:48 pm »
Hey, just got back from seeing Brummel at Pianos.  Some notable songs played: "Blindman's Song"  "Sao Paulo"  "Mystery of the Cathedral"  "Weathertalk" (<-so glad to hear this one)  "East Virginia"  and a new one about his hometown of Pasadena entitled "Rose Parade."  For the first half of the set it was just him, but for the second half fiance Andrea (of Come Home Andrea) played bass and some other dude was on drums.  Afterwords I got to speak with Daniel for a little while.  Such a nice guy, gave me a cd, asked us to stay around to see his friends band.  Anyway, I thought someone might find this interesting so I posted it.
